Transplace Acquires M33 Integrated

Transplace, a leading provider of transportation management services and logistics technology, today announced that it has acquired M33 Integrated, a third party logistics (3PL) provider with particular strength in the packaging, chemical and advanced materials sectors. This acquisition expands Transplace’s vertical expertise and geographical reach, and further supports the company’s commitment to strategic growth in order to meet the supply chain needs of its growing customer base. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
