(“Sientra” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ:SIEN) between March 18, 2015 and September 24, 2015 inclusive (the “Class Period”). Sientra investors have until November 24, 2015 to file a motion to be appointed as lead plaintiff in the class action lawsuit.
On September 23, 2015, the Company announced the closing of a public offering of 3 million shares of common stock. Then on September 24, 2015, the Company disclosed that the United Kingdom’s Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency has suspended distribution of its Silimed products. On this news the Company’s shares fell $10.88 per share, or over 52%, to close on September 24, 2015 at $9.70 per share.
