In a “60 Minutes” episode aired March 1, 2015, CBS reported that Lumber Liquidators’ Chinese-made laminate flooring contains amounts of toxic formaldehyde that may not meet health and safety standards. The company’s CEO later admitted that preliminary tests had revealed high levels of formaldehyde before the broadcast. The law offices of George W.
