SuperMetalix, Inc. Names Renowned Scientist and Industry Leader Dr. Kesh Keshavan as Director of Development

Dr. Kesh Keshavan has been named Director of Development for SuperMetalix, Inc. (www.supermetalix.com), it was announced today by Jack Kavanaugh, Chairman of SuperMetalix, Inc. and Dr. Richard Kaner, Chairman of the SuperMetalix Scientific Advisory Board.
Dr. Keshavan, who holds two hundred patents and is the recipient of “Most Cited Author; The Institute for Scientific Information,” has joined SuperMetalix, Inc. in a lead executive role and will head SuperMetalix, Inc.’s research team in its development of the world’s hardest metals for use in oil and gas drilling, construction, aerospace and defense and other applications.

For the last five years, Dr. Keshavan served as the Technology Advisor for Schlumberger’s Drilling Group in Houston, Texas. Previously he served as Vice President for the Advanced Materials Group at SII Mega Diamond in Provo, Utah and Vice President of their Technology Research Group in Houston, Texas. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Bangalore University, a B.S. in Metallurgy from the Indian Institute of Science, and a Masters and PhD in Materials Science from the University of Kentucky. He currently holds over 210 patents and pending applications.
