Siteworx Launches New Manufacturing Group

March 23, 2015 | By Business Wire News

RESTON, Va.

Siteworx, LLC, a leading digital experience agency, has announced a new Manufacturing Group that will provide a full range of web, mobile and ecommerce strategies for companies in the B2B environment. The Manufacturing Group recently completed a successful website redesign and customer experience management platform implementation for Cameron International, a leading provider of technology and services to worldwide oil, gas and process industries.

Cameron International’s new website (www.c-a-m.com) includes a responsive design that enables key stakeholders to easily access time-sensitive product information from their desktop computer, mobile phone or tablet. Because the site supports various device types with a single code base and content repository, content management is far more streamlined and efficient, significantly improving user experience.

“We were looking for a firm that understood the complexities of how to leverage digital in a B2B marketing environment. We selected Siteworx to redesign and redeploy www.c-a-m.com because of their deep digital strategy, experience design and implementation expertise. With Siteworx, we’ve created a digital presence that reflects the superior quality of the solutions we provide our clients,” says Cameron Digital Marketing Manager, Anne Howard.

The Manufacturing Group will support companies in the energy, aerospace/defense, consumer packaged goods and industrial equipment market sectors. Services provided will include managing digital projects, such as ecommerce, product information management and search supported by robust capabilities in content strategy and taxonomy.

“Supporting the manufacturing industry is a natural progression in the growth of the company,” says Ken Quaglio, Siteworx President and Chief Operating Officer. “There is tremendous opportunity for Siteworx to leverage its strategic approach and technical proficiency to help clients exceed expectations in the B2B community. The new Manufacturing Group helps us achieve that goal.”

Industry veteran, Keith Dezern, will lead the Manufacturing Group and will assume the role of Client Partner, Manufacturing. Leveraging more than 15 years of technical experience, Keith will lead client engagements and grow a pipeline of business across various manufacturing sectors.

“Manufacturing companies that strengthen their digital marketing presence have a huge competitive advantage,” says Keith Dezern, Siteworx Client Partner, Manufacturing. “Sales teams, customers, field engineers and other key stakeholders want product information quickly and the ability to complete a transaction easily, whether in the office or in the field. Digital properties that offer omni-channel accessibility and convenience are critical to providing a better customer experience that results in loyalty and longevity.”
