Senneca Holdings Announces the Acquisition of Thermoseal Industries

Senneca Holdings (“Senneca”) announced it has acquired Thermoseal Industries (“Thermoseal”). Headquartered in Gloucester City, New Jersey, Thermoseal, manufactures and sells doors and insulating glass units used as part of display, reach-in and walk-in cases and compartments.

Senneca Holdings, headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, is a leading manufacturer and distributor of customized doors, including traffic, corrosion resistant, PVC, strip, cold storage, fire and sliding doors. Senneca offers superior design and engineering processes, and supports the development of green product innovations.
