Her entry was selected from more than 500 homeowners across the United States. Winning an exterior home makeover worth up to $25,000, O’Leary will work with the Royal design experts to create a home design that features different styles of siding in dark colors with complementing trim and accessories.

“We had so many worthy entries to choose from, but Karen’s description of how she would give her home the ‘Build Bold’ treatment really stood out from the crowd,” said Kriss Swint, director of interactive strategy and design. “Her current exterior is a bit outdated and she thoughtfully explained just how she would push the limit to give her exterior that one-of-a-kind design. She described a house that will stand out beautifully in her neighborhood, which is exactly what we were looking for in an entry.”

O’Leary will receive her choice of Royal Building Products’ insulated, traditional or shake siding, trim, shutters and accessories up to $25,000 in value. Her home will also be featured in an episode of the nationally syndicated TV show “Today’s Homeowner with Danny Lipford” later this year.
