(NASDAQ: RELL) announced today a new global distribution agreement with Ioxus, Inc., a leading manufacturer of high-performance ultracapacitor technology headquartered in Oneonta, NY. The agreement supports Ioxus’ efforts to increase market awareness and market share of its latest products and innovative technology.

Ioxus manufactures iCAP^® ultracapacitors, iMOD^® modules, and THiNCAP^® pouch cells and modules that are optimized for the highest energy and power density. Ioxus recently launched their leading edge 85º Titan™ ultracapacitor product line and the new industry changing line of 22 iMOD X-Series^® ultracapacitor modules.
