Richardson Electronics and Anaren Sign Global Distribution Agreement

Richardson Electronics, Ltd. (NASDAQ: RELL) announced today a new global distribution agreement with Anaren, Inc., a leading designer, manufacturer and seller of custom high-frequency solutions and standard components for the wireless communications, space and defense electronics, wireless consumer electronics, and IoT markets. The agreement aligns with both companies’ commitment to finding innovative ways to create and provide solutions for customers.

Anaren was founded in 1967 as a supplier of microwave components and subassemblies to the defense electronics market. Today it is a major innovator of standard products and custom microwave and RF technology, with four facilities worldwide.
