Rand Group Hits Top 20 in Accounting Today’s Annual VAR Ranking

HOUSTON, TX–(Marketwired – July 28, 2015) – Rand Group (www.randgroup.com) now ranks as one of the most financially successful resellers of accounting software in the country, having reached number 20 in Accounting Today’s 2015 VAR100 Report.

The report, released every July, moves the Houston-based company up six places from its spot last year with a 31.8% increase in revenue, and recognizes the company as the top Value Added Reseller (VAR) in the State of Texas.

The Accounting Today article revealed that the advent of cloud technology tempts business clients into thinking implementation today can be a DIY project.

Rand said if anything, the cloud has only increased the need for businesses to put in place insightful comprehensive IT systems, which is why IT strategy — along with business analytics and automated marketing strategies — have become cornerstones of the Rand Group approach.

Rand expects the coming year will see continued growth, with an emphasis on hiring new employees.
