PTC Names Craig Hayman to Newly Created Group President Role

NEEDHAM, Mass.

PTC(Nasdaq: PTC) today announced the appointment of Craig Hayman to a newly created role of group president, Solutions Group, effective November 23, 2015. An accomplished technology executive, Hayman has more than 30 years of deep managerial expertise and leadership experience in enterprise technology, including cloud and SaaS-based solutions.

Hayman will join PTC from eBay Enterprise, a global provider of retail-optimized omni-channel commerce solutions, where he has served as President since July 2014. During his tenure, Hayman led the company’s transformation to focus on commerce technology, enterprise operations and services, and marketing services. Most recently, he led the unit’s sale and separation from eBay to a consortium of buyers.

Previously, Hayman served more than 15 years in senior leadership positions at IBM, including as worldwide general manager of IBM’s SaaS portfolio. During that tenure, he led the acquisition of more than a dozen companies, established IBM’s SaaS business, and greatly expanded the company’s overall commerce business.

Separately, PTC has named Michael DiTullio to lead the company’s global sales organization, reporting to the new Solutions Group president. DiTullio is a 15-year veteran in the PTC sales organization, most recently serving as leader of the company’s European sales organization. DiTullio will replace Bob Ranaldi, who is leaving the company after a period of transition to pursue other opportunities.
