PowerMAX(TM) 365: New NDT Panel Lamp Series to Premiere at 2015 ASNT

WESTBURY, NY–(Marketwired – October 23, 2015) – Spectronics Corporation is set to feature the PowerMAX™ 365 Series NDT panel flood lamps at this year’s ASNT trade show exhibit October 26-28. Each Nondestructive Testing lamp features a panel of 16 powerful UV-A (365 nm) LEDs and is engineered specifically for NDT professionals who work with wide-range inspection areas. Using easy-to-install connecting plates and brackets, technicians can customize an inspection range using multiple lamps either longitudinally or back-to-back, providing a wider coverage area for examination. The PowerMAX™ 365 Series is ideal for Nondestructive Testing inspection booths, fluorescent penetrant and magnetic particle inspection, screening of fluorescent particles, wash station inspection and any other application that requires maximum uniformity of UV-A coverage over a large area.

This series of Nondestructive Testing lamps are available in two unique standard-intensity models, each with or without a black light filter. Providing a UV-A intensity of 4,500 µW/cm² (maximum), each model has a wide coverage area of 15 inches by 6 inches (38 cm x 15 cm), with a minimum UV-A intensity of 2,000 µW/cm².
