Polaris Industries Inc. and Commercial Distribution Finance Renew Inventory Finance Agreement Through 2022

MINNEAPOLIS

Polaris Industries Inc. (NYSE:PII) today announced a renewal of its U.S. joint venture with Commercial Distribution Finance (CDF), a business of GE Capital, through 2022. The terms of the extension are consistent with the prior agreement. The joint venture, Polaris Acceptance (PA), was formed in 1996 and the current agreement was to expire in February of 2017. In addition, Polaris has extended the term of its Canadian dealer financing arrangement with CDF through 2022.

In the interim, our partner CDF will transition to new ownership under Wells Fargo, a move that they expect to close in the first quarter of 2016. PA will remain a competitive tool in our offering to dealers, while supporting Polaris’s working capital, liquidity, and balance sheet strength.”
