Phononic Implements Camstar Semiconductor Suite to Enable Rapid Growth and Scale Production

Camstar, a Siemens Business, announced today that Phononic, a company reinventing cooling and heating, successfully implemented Semiconductor Suite^TM, Camstar’s Enterprise Manufacturing Execution System (MES) designed specifically for the entire semiconductor manufacturing operation. Phononic is standardizing on Camstar’s MES to ensure top product quality, flexibility and efficiency while rapidly ramping production. Camstar’s out-of-the-box MES capabilities replace manual processes with real-time visibility and control of work-in-process (WIP), dispatching, tools and equipment, processes, yield, quality parameters and statistical process control (SPC).
