Park City Group’s Visibility Solution Helps Large Regional Dairy Cut Returns 10%

The dairy leveraged PCG’s Visibility & Analytics to evaluate sell-through of all dairy items by store. Exception based reporting then helped the dairy to quickly identify five key items accounting for the majority of their returns. Improving orders and deliveries on these items not only improved freshness, but drove more than 90% of the returns improvement.
