Paper-Less, a manufacturing software and services technology leader, today announced that the company and their customer CPI Aerostructures, Inc. (CPI Aero (NYSE MKT: CVU), have been recognized as winners of Frost & Sullivan Manufacturing Leadership Council 2015 Manufacturing Leadership Awards(ML Awards) in the category of Engineering and Production Technology Leadership for a project designed to improve and streamline the shop floor labor data collection and management process using the Paper-Less MES manufacturing execution system technology.

“The Manufacturing Leadership Awards Judges were very impressed with the steps CPI Aero took to streamline employee system log-in processes on the plant floor,” said Jeff Moad, Frost & Sullivan research director and executive editor. “In collaboration with Paper-Less, CPI Aero was able to improve shop floor efficiency, security, labor tracking, and production reporting, all while enhancing data integrity.”

Paper-Less earned a Manufacturing Leadership Technology Partner Award for contributing advanced, procedure-centric manufacturing execution system (MES) software which was used as crucial technology for accomplishing the goals of CPI Aero’s project. The award-winning project was implemented using Paper-Less MES software which optimizes production operations management for increasing efficiency while reducing paper. Unlike other MES solutions, Paper-Less MES offers unique digital shop packets, deep integration with production workflows, browser-based user interface and multi-language support. Manufacturing Leadership Awards

Now, in their eleventh year, The Manufacturing Leadership Awards (ML Awards) honor companies and individuals that are shaping the future of global manufacturing. Nominations are entered into 11 categories, evaluated and scored by a panel of expert judges. Ten of the ML Awards categories are for outstanding projects by a manufacturing company. One category recognizes the achievements of individual marketing leaders. Manufacturing Leadership Award winners and their technology partners will be honored on June 4th at a gala celebration that follows the eleventh annual Manufacturing Leadership Summit in Carlsbad, CA, a unique gathering of manufacturing leaders from around the world. At the gala, winners of the ML High Achiever Awards, the ML Manufacturers of the Year, and the Manufacturing Leader of the Year will be announced. For more information, go to:
