National Supplier of Eyeglasses Cuts Inventory Investment 14% with Park City Group’s Visibility & Analytics

Park City Group’s Visibility & Analytics team developed a systematic approach to the analysis of over 1,600 different reading glasses by leveraging a dozen key SKU and store level attributes to better understand sales patterns. Armed with the expected productivity of each SKU, the supplier was able to optimize their store level replenishments to keep top selling items in-stock and inventories on slow sellers to a minimum.
