Nashville based designer launches new women’s lifestyle and golf apparel line – a new contender in the “athleisure” movement

NASHVILLE, Tenn., Aug. 11, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — VK Sport announces a new line of lifestyle and golf apparel. VK Sport products are designed to provide the quality and style of a luxury brand, combined with the innovative performance typically found in sports apparel.
VK Sport is a new label created by Victoria Kopyar, a successful retail executive and avid golfer based in Nashville, Tenn. Frustrated by women’s golf apparel – golfers today have a very small selection of fashionable women’s clothes that provide the innovation of top sports brands. Kopyar created VK Sport to combine function, fashion and fit specifically designed for a woman by a woman.
In the VK Sport line, every item is designed with style and colors more typical of the runway than the fairway. More than that, the line uses top-quality innovative fabrics and finely detailed design to ensure great performance for the elite female golfer.

The first line of VK Sport was available only through private trunk shows. The initial pieces, such as fashion skort that with python accents and unique detail like Velcro patch on back waist to hold your glove and eliminate any pocket bulge. The response to the line was so overwhelming VK Sport has been picked up by Golfsmith and will be launching in more nationwide stores beginning this fall.
