Multi Packaging Solutions and TAKT spółka z o.o. Agree to a Strategic Alliance to Manage and Operate a Print and Specialty Packaging Enterprise Focused on Serving the Global Multi-Media Market

KRAKOW, Poland & NEW YORK

Multi Packaging Solutions (“MPS”) and TAKT spółka z o.o. (“TAKT”) announced today that they have entered into a strategic alliance agreement to serve the European multi‐media market. MPS already serves the print and specialty packaging needs of the North American and European multi-media market, and this agreement will enhance its capabilities in Europe.

The alliance brings together the global footprint of MPS with the manufacturing and fulfillment capabilities of one of Europe’s leading home entertainment print and packaging enterprises. The group will supply a broad range of packaging, including printed folded cartons, labels, inserts/leaflets, rigid boxes, and specialist packaging.
