Mr. Paul Parliament Announces His Resignation as Director of Silver Falcon Mining, Inc.

TORONTO, ON–(Marketwired – September 28, 2015) -Mr. Paul Parliament announced his resignation as an independent director of Silver Falcon Mining, Inc. (OTC PINK: SFMI). On the evening of September 25, 2015, Mr. Parliament sent notice to the management and the other directors of SFMI regarding his resignation from said company.

This announcement serves as notification to the financial communities and regulators that Mr. Paul Parliament is no longer a director of Silver Falcon Mining, Inc.
