Montage Technology Group Files Supplemental Investor Presentation Regarding its Superior Offer to Acquire Pericom Semiconductor

Montage Technology Group Limited (“Montage”) today filed a supplemental investor presentation with the Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with its superior offer to acquire Pericom Semiconductor Corporation (“Pericom”) (NASDAQ: PSEM).
