Momentive Settles IP Legal Action against Qingdao Siltech

Momentive Performance Materials Inc. (Momentive) recently reached an out of court settlement with Qingdao Siltech Frontier Material Co., Ltd with respect to Momentive’s intellectual property rights that furthers Momentive’s ability to achieve its commercial objectives as well as continue its policy of actively enforcing and protecting its global intellectual property.
