Molex Acquires ProTek Medical Ltd.

LISLE, Ill.

Molex Incorporated, a global manufacturer of complete interconnect solutions, announced today the acquisition of ProTek Medical Ltd. by Molex Ireland Holdings B.V. Headquartered in Sligo, Ireland, ProTek Medical Ltd. specializes in supplying custom solutions for medical device manufacturers in the global medical industry.

ProTek Medical Ltd. will continue to operate as a subsidiary of Molex Ireland Holdings, B.V. Founded in 1995, ProTek Medical Ltd. has a diverse portfolio, with proven success in applications that include cardiac rhythm management components, infusion finished devices, and vascular delivery devices. A recipient of numerous customer awards, ProTek Medical Ltd. has earned an industry reputation for design, engineering, manufacturing, finished assembly and testing of critical medical devices.
