MEMEX Bolsters Senior Management Team With Nathan Rudyk as Vice President of Marketing

BURLINGTON, ON–(Marketwired – November 25, 2015) -MEMEX Inc. (TSX VENTURE: OEE) is pleased to announce that Nathan Rudyk, a Canadian software and digital communications technology veteran, has joined its senior management team as Vice President of Marketing.

As past President of market2world communications inc., Rudyk consulted to MEMEX for five years and led the company’s recent renaming and rebranding effort. His multi-decade career spans senior positions at firms including Databeacon Inc. (acquired by Cognos Inc.), and digIT Interactive Inc. (acquired by nurun Inc., a subsidiary of Quebecor Inc.). On a consulting basis, he has provided e-business strategy, public relations, product launch and branding services to knowledge-based enterprises including IBM Canada Ltd., Microsoft Canada Co., Cognos Inc., JetForm Corp., Intelligent Community Forum, Startup Canada, Ontario Technology Corridor and National Research Council Canada.

An active participant in the Canadian technology scene, Rudyk also served on the Board of the Information and Technology Communications Council, was a regular commentator on CTV’s TechNow program, an Internet columnist for Ottawa’s CBC Radio show Ottawa Morning, contributed a chapter to “The Entrepreneurial Effect” selected by Prof. James Bowen with a forward by Terry Matthews, and received a Top 40 Under 40 award from the Ottawa Business Journal.
