Medical Technology Enterprise Consortium Announces Industry Day and Membership Meeting

The Medical Technology Enterprise Consortium (MTEC) today announced an Industry Day and Membership Meeting to outline project opportunities and how to participate in them. The Industry Day will take place Tuesday, March 1st at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City in Arlington, Va. MTEC is a newly formed biomedical consortium collaborating with the U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command (USAMRMC) to advance state-of-the-art technology and improve medical practice.
The first portion of the day will be open to the public with the remainder reserved for members only. Members who join the non-profit consortium by February 26, 2016, will be included in all Industry Day sessions. For membership information, visit http://www.mtec-sc.org/#howtojoin2.
During the morning session, MTEC representatives will give an overview of the MTEC program and its operations, including the project solicitation process. The day will also include several speakers from the USAMRMC. Current speakers include:

• Dr. Pamela Brown-Baer, Clinical and Rehabilitative Medicine Research Program
