Lucky Brand Dungarees Reaches Settlement and License Agreement with RevoLaze on Laser Abrasion Denim Technology

LOS ANGELES, July 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — Lucky Brand Dungarees, LLC announced today that the Company has reached a settlement and license agreement with RevoLaze LLC, a laser technology firm headquartered in Westlake, OH. The settlement and license agreement relate to a patent infringement lawsuit filed with the International Trade Commission on August 18, 2014 and Cleveland U.S. District Court on August 15, 2014. In accordance with the new agreement, Lucky Brand now has a non-exclusive, royalty bearing license to use RevoLaze patented laser abrasion technology for denim garments.
