Littelfuse Announces Acquisition of JRS MFG. LTD. Assets

CHICAGO

Littelfuse, Inc. (NASDAQ:LFUS), today announced that it has acquired the assets of JRS MFG. LTD., headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. JRS MFG. LTD. provides custom engineered and manufactured products for the electrical industry with a primary focus in the mining and utility markets. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
