Larson Electronics Releases a 100 Watt Slip Fit Mounted LED Light That Runs on 480 Volts AC

The EPL-PT-100LED-RT-480V Class 1 & 2 Division 1 & 2 pole top slip fit mounted explosion proof light fixture from Larson Electronics provides 8,667 lumens of high quality light while drawing only 100 watts of power. A special heat dissipating design in conjunction with LED technology helps this fixture achieve an excellent 60,000 hour rated lifespan with 80% lumen retention. The copper free aluminum alloy body is powder coated for added durability and aesthetics. This fixture is equipped with a CNC water jet cut aluminum frame constructed of 1/8” thick aluminum to help protect the fixture from accidental damage. An aluminum wire guard with 2” spacing protects the face of the fixture. This light features an adjustable swivel bracket constructed of 3/8” aluminum that allows over 180° of adjustment and is attached to a slip fit yoke for easy installation. The wiring for this fixture is terminated in a junction box with a ¾” threaded hub. Operators can run rigid pipe or flexible conduit to the junction box, terminating the electrical connections within. This explosion proof LED flood light is universal voltage capable and can be operated with 347-480 volts AC without any modifications.
