Larson Electronics Announces Release of New Integrated LED Explosion Proof Light

The EPL-48-2L-ITG-LED from Larson Electronics is a four foot, two lamp integrated LED light fixture that is ideal for operators seeking a top quality explosion proof LED light that will reduce operating costs, improve lighting quality and reduce downtime incurred from frequent servicing intervals. This fixture is equipped with a specially designed integrated LED assembly that produces 8,000 lumens of light. It is lighter in weight and produces more light than traditional explosion proof fluorescent fixtures. The four foot long LED emitters are rated at 50,000 hours of service life, which is over twice as long as standard T5HO bulbs. Each lamp is individually dimmable for maximum control over illumination levels. This fixture carries a T6 temperature rating and is approved for Class 1, Division 1 & 2 and Class 2, Division 1 and 2 environments where flammable or combustible gases, vapors, dusts, and flying fibers exist or stand the potential to exist. This fixture comes standard with brackets for surface mounting. Each bracket is secured to a mounting peg on each end of the fixture. The bracket itself is mounted by a single bolt hole at the top of the bracket. This fixture is also available with a pendant mount option for applications where required.
