John D. Grampa Joins ParkOhio Board of Directors

CLEVELAND, OHIO

Park-Ohio Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: PKOH) today announced that John D. Grampa, former Senior Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Materion Corporation, was appointed to ParkOhio’s Board of Directors effective July 14, 2015. As an independent director of the Company, Mr. Grampa will serve as chair of the Audit Committee of the board of directors.

Mr. Grampa joined Materion Corporation (a provider of advanced materials solutions and services) as Vice President of Finance in 1998 and held the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer role from 1999 until the end of 2014. Prior to joining Materion, he held various executive roles at Avery Dennison Corporation and Diamond Shamrock Corporation.
