JENSEN HUGHES and Sereca Consulting Inc., headquartered in Vancouver, BC, Canada, announce that a merger agreement has been reached between the two companies. The merger enhances the position of the combined organization as a global leader providing specialty engineering and consulting services in numerous vertical markets, including transportation, education, healthcare, institutional, industrial insurance and energy.
