JENSEN HUGHES and Nexus Technical Services Corp., headquartered in Oakbrook Terrace, IL, USA, announce that they have reached merger agreement between the two companies. The merger enhances the position of the combined organization as a global leader providing fire protection and other specialty consulting services for the nuclear power and energy industry.
