JELD-WEN Growth Continues with Purchase of LaCantina

A period of rapid growth for JELD-WEN, the world’s largest manufacturer of windows and doors, is continuing with the announcement today that the company has acquired LaCantina Doors, a manufacturer of folding and multislide door systems based in Oceanside, California. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

JELD-WEN also acquired Dooria, a leading provider of residential and commercial wood doors in the Swedish and Norwegian markets, and Aneeta, a manufacturer of sashless window systems in Australia.
