ATLANTA

Atlanta-based Jackson Associates Research, Inc. announces that Aza Galfayan has been promoted to Research Director for their Jackson Adept group in Los Angeles. In her new role, Galfayan will oversee the Jackson Adept Operations and continue to manage key accounts.

“Aza is an incredible asset to this company and I am happy to recognize her many contributions with this promotion,” says Angela Lorinchak, President of Jackson Adept. “Clients and Jackson employees alike consider Aza a go-to resource. She is extremely good at making sure complex research projects run smoothly and she reacts quickly to resolve any challenges that arise.”

Jackson Adept became part of the Jackson Associates Research family of companies in September 2015. Marisa Pope, President of Jackson Associates, says, “When our companies merged last year, Jackson acquired not only the finest respondent database and most technologically advanced market research facilities on the west coast, we also gained people like Aza who represent the very best in our industry. Aza’s promotion is truly a celebration of the success this merger has been for our clients and our company.”

Almost a year after the merger, Jackson Associates continues to invest in the company’s research facilities in both Los Angeles and Atlanta. In Los Angeles, Galfayan was instrumental in the relocation of the West Coast Call Center that resulted in the addition of three new focus group rooms to the Beverly Hills facility, plus the redesign of the Encino facility. “All the updates to the Los Angeles properties support our commitment to exceptional respondent recruiting, outstanding client service, and up-to-date, luxurious facilities,” says Pope.

Investment is also under way in Atlanta where Jackson has initiated a major renovation of its flagship Perimeter facility, dedicating more than a third of it to sensory. The project will enhance Jackson’s capabilities to conduct even more large-scale, quantitative research projects. The plan includes a lab that seats up to 30 participants, walk-in coolers and freezers in an already well-equipped commercial test kitchen, and a second respondent entrance for added security.

“Our clients have been thrilled with the new Jackson and the additional market research services we can now provide on both coasts,” continues Pope. “By investing in our people and facilities, Jackson continues its almost 60 year tradition of setting the standard in data collection.”
