JAC Products Releases First Quarter 2015 Financial Results

JAC Holding Corporation (the “Company”) announced the May 19, 2015 release of financial results for first quarter 2015 to U.S. Bank National Association, the trustee under the indenture governing the Company’s senior secured notes.

The Company will host a conference call on Friday, May 29, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. EST to discuss these results.
