ATLANTA

CCCi, a leader in IT staffing for nearly 40 years, today announced Rob MacLane as its new President and has promoted Janet Piper to Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The change in management is a result of the retirement of CEO Charleen McBrayer, who has been part of the CCCi family for 37 years.

In his new role, MacLane is charged with developing and executing advanced strategic plans to drive the company’s mission and objectives, while continuing to grow revenue and profitability for the organization. MacLane joined CCCi last year, and prior to that helped lead two of the fastest growing staffing companies in the industry.

Piper has been integral to CCCi’s success for more than 20 years, and as EVP and CFO, is responsible for directing its financial vision to support successful company operations and growth. As a key member of the executive leadership team, she will assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company.

CCCi has its roots in Atlanta, with additional offices in Dallas, Charlotte and Birmingham, serving customers across 20 states. Moving forward under the new leadership, the company is targeting 20 percent year-over-year growth, and is launching an engineering staffing practice and a military transition service for veterans across all markets.

“We are excited to see such an increased need for IT and engineering talent in our markets,” said MacLane. “With our current solutions and the introduction of our engineering staffing practice, we remain committed to serving our key markets across the U.S. I’m excited about the recent company changes and the opportunities they bring to CCCi. We congratulate Charleen on her retirement, and look forward to working with the new leadership team as we positively impact the community.”

With its unique pulse on the talent market, CCCi has become more vocal about the issues, trends and challenges facing the IT workforce and talent pool today. CCCi has recently taken a leading role in Atlanta Tech Edge, a weekly television program addressing the Atlanta technology market. MacLane will provide the weekly technology jobs report as well as commentary and analysis for the IT market. The program airs Sunday mornings at 11:30 a.m. EST on WXIA 11Alive.

CCCi operates from the core philosophy of servant leadership, which is found in long-time CCCi advisor Don Barden’s book, “The Perfect Plan.” CCCi is a certified Perfect Plan Company.

“Moving forward, we will further integrate the principles of servant leadership founded in ‘The Perfect Plan’ into our culture. We look forward to continued growth and profitability as we provide leadership training to our customers and staff focused on serving others,” Piper said.

The company’s new patriot hiring initiative will focus on placing veterans of the U.S. military in jobs consistent with their training, while helping them transition to civilian life. Its principles are driven by United States Army Rangers and the Ranger Training Brigade headquartered at Fort Benning, Ga., and the Sua Sponte Foundation, who are also recognized in Barden’s “The Perfect Plan.”
