Intrepid Appoints Nicholas R. Tomassetti to Its Board of Managers

STAMFORD, Conn.

Intrepid Aviation, a Stamford based commercial aircraft lessor, today announced the appointment of Nicholas R. Tomassetti as a Director to its Board of Managers.

Nick Tomassetti was the President and CEO of Airbus Industrie of North America, where he retired in March of 2002. He began his career at Pratt & Whitney in 1961 and served in a variety of capacities in engineering, marketing and customer support. Nick also held appointments with International Aero Engines, where he first served as Vice President Marketing for International Aero Engines in 1984 and then as President in 1987. He returned to Pratt & Whitney as Executive Vice President in 1990 before joining McDonnell Douglas Corporation in 1993.
