Intrepid Appoints New Chief Commercial Officer

STAMFORD, Conn.

Intrepid Aviation is pleased to announce the appointment of Douglas Winter as its new Chief Commercial Officer, reporting directly to Franklin Pray, Intrepid’s President and CEO. Doug will be responsible for managing the sales, trading and marketing team and for all new aircraft purchasing activities with Boeing and Airbus and engine suppliers.

“We are very pleased with the addition of Doug to the senior management team here at Intrepid,” said Franklin Pray. “Doug has had a long and distinguished career in the commercial aircraft leasing field and we are very fortunate to have him join our growing organization. His market expertise and leadership values will complement our current team as we move forward”.

Prior to joining Intrepid, Doug was providing counsel and guidance to aircraft leasing companies as the Managing Director of DW Advisory Services. Previously, he was the Head of Sales at AWAS based in Dublin, Ireland, SVP of Sales and Regional Manager for GECAS in Dubai, UAE and Austria.
