Interlink Electronics Inc. (OTC: LINK) announced today that it has filed a Form 10 Registration Statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to register its common stock under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, a requirement for the Company’s stock to trade on a national securities exchange.

“We are committed to being a leader in delivering force-sensing, scalable technology platforms and human machine interface solutions (HMI),” stated Steven N.
