IEEE Women in Engineering Presents “Lead Beyond – Accelerating Women Who Change the World”

IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) today announced its annual IEEE Women in Engineering International Leadership Conference (WIE ILC) is being held at the San Jose Convention Center in San Jose, California, 23-24 May 2016.

2016 IEEE WIE ILC: “Lead Beyond – Accelerating Women Who Change the World”

 
The two-day event brings together distinguished thought leaders from various engineering, science, technology and educational backgrounds to focus on the latest skills and strategic developments driving women’s advancement and entrepreneurship. A varied conference program is being planned, including an international hackathon, international pitch session and think tank focused on STEM developments.
 
Attendees will have the opportunity to create communities that fuel innovation, facilitate knowledge sharing and provide support through highly interactive sessions designed to foster discussion and collaboration. WIE ILC focuses on providing leading-edge professional development for mid-level and senior women and is supported by sponsors such as Cisco, Verizon and Intel.
