House of Hart Hits Miami Art Week

MIAMI, FL–(Marketwired – November 24, 2015) – WYNWOOD ART DISTRICT — House of Hart is pleased to announce its participation at RED DOT ART FAIR 2015 IN MIAMI from December 2nd through the 6th. Founder, Hallie Hart, has produced several new, unique pieces for the Miami show including two 72-inch rounds, which incorporate a level of abstract expressionism for Hart that is ultimately representative of herself and her brand. There is no beginning nor end to what she accomplishes and creates artistically, leaving a scope of infinite possibilities for her buyers. Hart is also using combinations of metal with her square abstracts, creating a collaboration of natural resources like steel and wood into her artwork. Hart’s manager, Nancy Yearing, states, “House of Hart has a real opportunity to exhibit these new elements of our brand through Hallie’s play with different shapes and sizes on a larger scale.”

This year, House of Hart will be accompanying the Castle Fitzjohns Gallery, an impressive 3,000 square foot location situated in Manhattan’s trendy Lower East Side. Castle Fitzjohns represents a wide variety of emerging and established fine artists. The Red Dot Art Fair runs concurrent with Art Basel Miami Beach, and offers approximately fifty galleries exhibiting contemporary paintings, sculpture and photography. The opening reception will be held on Wednesday, December 2nd from 6 to 10 pm and will benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Miami Art Week is expecting upwards of 80,000 artists, collectors, designers, curators and galleries over this influential six-day period. Hart states, “It’s exhilarating to be part of something that has grown so exponentially over the last decade. This is the place where artists want to be seen, collectors want to buy and galleries get a first look at emerging superstars alongside established artists in one place. Who doesn’t want to be part of that?”

The luxurious layout of the venue will enable many rare works never before exhibited in an art fair context. Red Dot’s sister fair, Downtown Fair, NYC was acquired by Art Miami LLC in early January 2014. The team continues to produce and manage highlighted artists and their works through the successful Miami flagship art fair.

House of Hart in addition will debut their apparel and accessories including highly anticipated custom cuffs at Red Dot in the Wynwood Art District of Miami. Hart feels this is the perfect environment to showcase several facets of the brand, bringing her artwork to customized clothing and accessories.
