Horizon Global Names Maria Duey Vice President, Investor Relations and Communications

BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich.

Horizon Global Corporation (NYSE: HZN) today announced the appointment of Maria Duey as Vice President, Investor Relations and Communications. In this newly created role, Duey will have global responsibility for all initiatives related to communicating the Company’s business strategy, growth prospects and financial performance to investors and analysts, as well as leading the Company’s interface with all stakeholders, both internal and external to the organization.

Horizon Global, which became a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange on July 1, 2015, is a designer, manufacturer and distributor of a wide variety of high-quality, custom-engineered towing, trailering, cargo management and other related accessory products on a global basis, serving the automotive aftermarket, retail, and original equipment channels. Prior to joining Horizon Global, Duey had been the Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at Masco Corporation since 2005, leading the development, implementation, execution and ongoing management of the investor relations strategy. She joined Masco in 1996 in corporate development, where she was involved in numerous acquisitions, divestitures and investments and managed all phases of these transactions. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Michigan State University and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
