Emtec Acquires Lucidity Consulting Group, significantly enhancing its Digital Transformation capabilities as well as expertise within the Utilities Industry

Emtec, Inc., a leading consulting firm providing industry specific transformative digital solutions, announces the acquisition of Lucidity Consulting Group (Lucidity), effective April 2, 2015. Lucidity (www.luciditycg.com), based in Irving, Texas, is an information technology consulting firm that provides advisory, integration, and managed services across the Utilities, Manufacturing and Distribution sectors. The acquisition significantly complements and expands Emtec’s consulting services including additional expertise in the Utilities and Manufacturing industries.

In conjunction with this transaction, Emtec raised additional funding from its existing partner NewSpring Capital, and received new financing from MB Financial and Star Mountain Capital.
