Eden Labs Doubles Throughput, Reduces Processing Time with New Supercritical CO2 Fractionation System, the Hi-Flo FX2

Eden Labs, a pioneer in botanical extraction and distillation equipment, announces the launch of its Hi-Flo FX2 CO2 system. The FX2 technology will produce a whole plant extraction with separation capabilities based on solubility, temperature and pressure parameters. These fractions can be collected as the system runs, eliminating downtime for collection of the compounds that are important for operational efficiency.
Due to the FX2’s newly engineered SFE technology, extraction times run as low as 2 hours per E-Vessel. Changes in the separators and condensers and maximized pumping system allow the system to run 500 MLPM to 4 LPM, making the FX2 the fastest and most effective system on the market. All systems come standard with a separator collection cup to help prevent terpene vaporization and reduce downtime for collection. The multi-vessel FX2 system is engineered to eliminate operational downtime. It allows the system to be run cascading, series, or parallel for 24 hours a day.
The FX2 is offered with manual operation for true SFE aficionados, as well as semi and fully automated systems. The automation options are offered to protect the system from operator error, decrease training time, provide data collection, and enable remote shut down. The monitor provides a full digital readout of the systems operating parameters, data collected, and system performance. This sophisticated but intuitive automation software has programmable extraction parameters with a wide range of sub and supercritical CO2 setting selections, heating and cooling controls, and environmental monitoring. Data can be collected, stored, and shared for R&D, pilot program rich data analysis and industrial output evaluation.
