Eaton Named Supplier of the Year by PACCAR Parts

CLEVELAND

Power management company Eaton today announced it has been named Supplier of the Year for its aftermarket operations in Mexico and Latin America by PACCAR Parts, a division of PACCAR Inc., a global technology leader in the design, manufacture and customer support of premium light-, medium- and heavy-duty trucks.

Eaton was selected from a group of 50 PACCAR Parts suppliers for its outstanding performance in several critical areas, including achieving a 98 percent on-time delivery rate, participating in support for regional training events and supporting a joint marketing program to enhance sales.

Other criteria for the award included:

Eaton’s long-term relationship with PACCAR;
A broad product portfolio;
Differentiated marketing programs; and,
Collaboration.

The award was presented by PACCAR Parts CEO David Danforth to Benjamin Gomez, original equipment (OEM) sales manager, Vehicle Group, on May 19. Gomez congratulated his team for their efforts, particularly account managers Chris Elder, who works out of the Galesburg, Michigan, office, and Julio Villarreal, who is based in Mexico.
