DSI Continues Strong Growth with Global Customers

DSI® announced today the company continues its trajectory of record growth with the addition of several companies who have recently selected DSI’s digital supply chain solutions to address their supply chain challenges.

These recent customer wins highlight the diverse range of business challenges DSI has been able to address for customers across a wide range of industries. Customers that have recently selected DSI for their breadth of digital supply chain solutions include Compass Minerals, Young Living Essential Oils, S&D Coffee, Alta Genetics and Galaxy Entertainment Group.

Another DSI customer that chose to expand their use of the DSI mobile platform from warehouse applications to solutions in the field is S&D Coffee, a leading national supplier of coffee, tea and extracts. S&D expanded their deployment with DSI’s Field Sales and Field Services solutions, as well as the DSI Product Locator App so that executives and sales leaders on the road can easily see who in the area is using their product and access pertinent customer information. This allows them to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction at the locations where their products are being served. With a single solution from DSI, S&D is able to deliver one view of their supply chain across the organization from workers in the warehouse, field service technicians and field sales personnel to executives and out to the customer.

Young Living, the world leader in Essential Oils®, is a brand new DSI customer. Young Living chose DSI’s platform for scalability, seamless integration to their enterprise software—including machine-to-machine (M2M) integration—and visibility throughout the picking and shipping process.

DSI’s growth is also driven by global customer expansion. New Galaxy Entertainment Company, part of Macao-based Galaxy Entertainment Group, chose DSI for its certified integration to SAP and ability to facilitate a paperless delivery process with pre-built solution accelerators. The company has future plans to expand use of the mobile platform in other areas, including human resources.
