Donaldson Celebrates Grand Opening of a New Plant in Poland

MINNEAPOLIS

Donaldson Company, Inc. (NYSE:DCI), a leading worldwide manufacturer of filtration systems and parts, on December 10 will celebrate the grand opening of its new, state-of-the-art facility in Skarabimierz, Poland.

At this 108,000 square foot (10,000m²) facility, 55 Donaldson employees produce heavy-duty air filters for both the on-road and off-road equipment markets, supporting the most popular original equipment manufacturer (OEM) customers in Europe’s agriculture, mining and transportation industries. The plant is already expanding; it will begin producing liquid filters later this fiscal year to help meet the growing OEM and Aftermarket Customer demand within the region.

Grand opening festivities will include remarks by Tod Carpenter, Donaldson President and CEO, Wim Vermeersch, Donaldson Vice President Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and Leszek Strugala, Donaldson Poland Plant Manager.

Donaldson’s other Eastern European locations include a distribution center in Bratislava, Slovakia, manufacturing plants in Klášterec, Czech Republic, Kadaň, Czech Republic and now Skarbimierz, Poland.
