PORTSMOUTH, N.H.

Micronics Holdings, a global provider of Wet and Dry Filtration aftermarket products, services and OEM equipment, announced today that the company has further bolstered its management team with the addition of Don Eldert. Eldert will serve as President of the dry filtration services business, CP Environmental, and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Micronics Holdings, Inc. As previously announced, Micronics recently expanded its management team to include Lee Isable as Global HR Leader and Charles Moore as Operations Leader for the dry filtration filter media division in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

“I’ve been fortunate to work with Don in the past and know first-hand that he is a very accomplished operations and finance executive,” said Micronics President and Chief Executive Officer Rick Weiler. “He is a strong leader with a proven track record of building and leading organizations to spark innovation, develop and implement strategy, and drive meaningful business improvements. I am thrilled to have an executive of Don’s caliber join our ranks.”

Prior to joining Micronics, Eldert served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ASG Worldwide, a $900 million global specialty consumer packaging company and most recently, Novipax LLC, a recent carve-out from Sealed Air Corporation, focused on food packaging. Both were portfolio companies of Atlas Holdings LLC. Before that he worked with Weiler in a similar role at Atlas Material Testing, a portfolio company of Industrial Growth Partners that was sold to AMETEK in 2010. Previously he was Chief Financial Officer of Hostway Corporation, a privately owned web hosting and technology services enterprise, and at Bayer Health Care’s Diabetes Care Division, a $1 billion subsidiary of Bayer AG. Eldert earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Agribusiness from Illinois State University. He also received an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management with concentrations in Finance and Management Strategy.

“I am excited to be joining the Micronics team,” said Eldert. “Micronics’ dry filtration businesses (CP Environmental and Southern Filter Media) are strong, have tremendous growth potential and well-deserved reputations for exceeding their customers’ dry filtration needs. I look forward to working closely with Rick and the rest of the management team to help all of the businesses under the Micronics Holdings umbrella continue to grow.”
