CTC Global Names Eric Johnson Director of Field & Technical Services

IRVINE, Calif.

Today, CTC Global Corporation announced that it has named Eric Johnson as its Director, Field and Technical Services. Mr. Johnson is a field and technical services veteran with over 20 years of successful product support, operations and customer service experience. Prior to joining CTC, Mr. Johnson co-founded Smooth Stride, an apparel manufacturer and retailer based in the United States. Before founding Smooth Stride Mr. Johnson served in a number of operating and technical roles for Infinia Corporation (now Qnergy, based in Ogden, Utah) including management and direction of Infinia’s service organization.

In this new role, Mr. Johnson is responsible for leading CTC’s field service organization, growing its presence and capabilities, and developing new service offerings to support CTC’s customers around the world.
