Crossbar to Present on Resistive RAM in Two Panels at Flash Memory Summit

SANTA CLARA, Calif.

Crossbar, Inc., the RRAM technology leader, announced today that its Vice President of Engineering and Co-founder Hagop Nazarian, Product Architect Cliff Zitlaw, and Chief System Architect Mehdi Asnaashari will present at Flash Memory Summit sessions in Santa Clara, CA, on Wednesday, August 12 and Thursday, August 13.

As Flash runs out of steam, RRAM (resistive RAM) development continues to progress, with companies using a variety of approaches to pursue potential applications in high capacity storage, mid-range nonvolatile caches, and low cost embedded solutions. In these Flash Memory Summit sessions, attendees will hear industry leaders offer their views on the current state of RRAM technology, target applications, and the road to commercialization.

Crossbar’s Nazarian will present on “Versatile RRAM Technology and Applications” at the “RRAM (New Technologies Track)” panel on Wednesday, August 12th. The session will also include presentations by Zhiqiang Wei, Chief Engineer at Panasonic, and Amigo Tsutsui, General Manager at Sony.
